Scotch & Soda
by Corey on April 12, 2011
Check out these trousers from Scotch & Soda. I love the fabric, the built in suspenders, the detail around the cuff.
Take it all in, and check out all of the other stuff by S&S. They are great!
Robert Longo for Supreme
by Evan on April 5, 2011
New York City’s, Supreme, have collaborated with Brooklyn-born painter and sculptor Robert Longo on a set of three limited edition skateboard decks. Longo is famous for his, “Men in the Cities” series, which capture sharply dressed businessmen writhing with emotion. You many remember a piece of his from the movie, American Psycho. You almost want to become a minimalist and paint your walls off white and hang one of these up. Just don’t kill Paul Allen, with an ax.
Grey Ant glasses are popping up everywhere. All of the celebs seems to be wearing them. I think they are classified as “womens” but to me they are totally unisex.
Get a pair from Need Supply while they are hot!

Z.A.K. is still in its early stages, but it’s looking solid. Here’s a snippet from their site:
“Born in New York and raised in Los Angeles, Zachary Kaufman entered into the fashion business at the young age of 16 as a buyer for a Beverly Hills boutique. Shortly thereafter he started a graphic T-shirt line, selling out of his car in his high school parking lot.
The line took off and soon he was selling in retailers such as Urban Outfitters. Kaufman then wisely spent a few years learning the ropes by designing for other major retailers.
In 2010 at age 23, Kaufman launched Z.A.K. His vision is to create a collection that focuses on fit and detail while being easy for men to relate to. He is inspired by his friends as well as cultural icons which appeal to his design and creative sensibilities.
Z.A.K. is designed in Los Angeles, CA.”
The images below are from their Fall 2010 line, but their Spring and Fall 2011 lines are “Coming Soon” per their website. I’m looking forward to seeing what those have in store, given the quality and design of their Fall 2010 line. They also claim an online store is “Coming Soon”. Excited!
Keep a look out.

The event is Friday, April 15th, at 8:00 pm at iconic music venue, First Avenue main room.
Tickets may be purchased here.
